With up on Purchase of any product through ESK8RS you are agreeing and accepting of all terms and conditions. Esk8rs reserve the right to amend theses Terms and Conditions at any time. We advise it to be in your best interest to regularly check for any amendments to theses Terms and Conditions.

Orders, Payments & Delivery 

Upon making an order through our site we treat this as an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your order at our own discretion, this is not limited to but may include the following, incorrectly advertised pricing, stock availability, suspected fraudulent activity.

Once payment for a product and any additional shipping costs have been received and accepted your product will be prepared for delivery. We aim to get any order ready to be shipped the next working day.

Currently we see shipping taking any where from 2 to 5 working days once we ship a board ESK8RS has no control over the time frame the product will take for you to receive the item. We may contact you before we ship your board ( especially the lager boards ) to make sure it is safe to leave or to arrange a depot collection.

Cancelation of an order 

We accept any cancelations of any order, if the cancelation is made before dispatch then there will be no cost to the customer, however if the cancelation request comes after the product has been dispatched. The customer will bare the cost of the outgoing and return shipping. The product must also be in an    unopened state.  

Refund Policy

You can request our Return & Refund Service:

√ Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product if the product and has not been opened or used in any way.

√ Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect. 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where: 

× It is requested beyond 7 calendar days of receiving a product.

× If a product sent to Esk8rs for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.

× A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

× A product is not delivered to Esk8rs within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Esk8rs.

× Other circumstances stated in this policy.

 

Return & Refund Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

We will process your return and refund application within two or five working days after receiving your email.

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Return Shipping

Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service centre (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

Replacement Instructions

If you would like to replace or change the product, please contact Esk8rs customer support @ service@esk8rs.co.nz

Replacement Freight

Esk8rs shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to any faults within the warranty period.

Or the customer shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement when the warranty period has been expired.

Warranty Service

You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period, by sending an email to us @ service@esk8rs.co.nz , our agents will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty starts on the date that the board is received and is valid for the following

12 Months for Exway Boards 

24 Months for Flux AT2 Boards

6 Months Propel Endeavor Boards

The customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period is over.

Warranty service will be provided for the parts as:

√ The deck / Trucks / Motors / ESC/ /Battery

√ Remote

√ Charger

Warranty service will not be provided for the parts as:

× Wheels, Tires, Innertubes, Belts, Bearings, Bushings or Grip Tape. Theses parts are considered wear and tear items and will not be covered.

× Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.

× Any damage outside of normal wear and tear.

× Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.

Liability 

We will not be liable for any losses, damages or expense incidental our consequential to any loss of enrings ,property damage or any expense legal or 3rd parties claims. 

Our warranty's do not detract from your rights under the Consumers Guarantee's act 1993

ESK8RS take no liability or responsibility with regards to the legality of use of the owners product. It is down to the individual or owner for insuring legality of use and takes full responsibility over there use of any ESK8RS Product .

Safety

Our electric skateboards are not toys! We highly recommend that theses boards are not brought for children.

ESK8RS Strongly recommends all ways riding with with a helmet and accompanying safety equipment including padded clothing, knee and elbow pads.  

 Avoid using in the rain, mud, or otherwise damaging conditions.

After using your Board, please use a clean rag to wipe the surface to avoid water stains and to prevent corrosion and dust accumulation.

Do not clean the board with any chemicals or solvents.

When the remote or skateboard batteries get low, promptly charge them to avoid damaging the battery.

To avoid battery damage, promptly charge the remote and skateboard batteries when low.

Do not store your board in damp or wet conditions.

Do not place your board near an open flame or where the temperature is exceedingly hot.

Do not store your board near flammable or explosive materials.

If your board will not be used for a long time, store the board charged and charge and discharge the product at least once every 3 months.

The bearings have better sealing for improved water-proofing but may still rust and corrode with prolonged water exposure. Though corrosion will not affect normal function, it will, however, cause increased noise.

 

Self Maintenance

Is the best way to look after and prolong your boards life. Simply by keeping your board clean, replacing bearings and lubricating your trucks are just a few simple ways that you can keep your board in great shape for longer.
